Dikomola employs qualified technical and non-technical staff in order to conduct its duties and to meet its commitments to clients. The staff consists of Engineers, Technologists and technicians across the infrastructure spectrum. These are mostly registered with ECSA and SACPCPM to ensure a quality service and ethical approach to delivery of services. Over and above the technical staff, expertise in finance and office administration are employed to ensure that internal control systems are in place and kept in check. These include amongst others; compliance requirements such as Corporate Governance, Quality Assurance, Risk Control.
